2. Automatic collection of data and processing by your web browser

When visiting our website (www.ipa-news.com) for purely informational purposes, thus if you do not send us information otherwise, information will be automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser that is used on your terminal device (e.g. PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone etc.). This information (so called "server-logfiles") is entered automatically and stored temporarily until its automatic deletion at the end of the respective session. Only those data are processed, which your browser transmits automatically to our server and which are necessary from a technical point of view in order to display the website by the smooth set-up of a connection as well as to guarantee stability and system security with the technical administration of the network infrastructure:

- Date and time of the enquiry,
- Contents of the requirement (concrete site, name and URL of the called file),
- Website, from which the request comes (Referrer URL),
- Access status (file transmitted etc.),
- respective transmitted data volume,
- Information about the used browser and if applicable the operating system of your terminal device.

The entry of the aforementioned data for the provision of the website is necessary for the operation of the website with the delivery onto your system. The data processing is carried out based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. These technical access data cannot be allocated by us to any certain person. In addition, these technical access data will also in no way be used to identify you as a user, in order to evaluate you statistically or otherwise, or to draw conclusions about you as a user. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the achievement of the purpose of their collection. With the entry of data for the provision of the website this is constantly the case if the data are no longer necessary at the end of the visit to our website.

When using the website cookies are used. These are small files, which are stored on your terminal device allocated to the browser used by you. With the use of our website only temporary cookies are used, so-called "session cookies", which are necessary for the operation of this website to serve the smooth technical, efficient and user-friendly flow of the website. 5. Recipients of personal data

- you have granted your explicit consent hereto (Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR),
- the forwarding according to Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR is necessary in order to assert, exercise and defend legal claims and no reason exists for the assumption that you have an interest in the non-forwarding of your data that is worthy of protection,
- a statutory obligation exists for the forwarding according to Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit c. GDPR, as well as
- this is permitted by law and according to Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you.

Insofar as we use external service providers for the processing of personal data, for example server providers, data service providers or IT service providers, this is only done on the basis of respective contractual agreements required for this purpose, in order to ensure that the data processing is carried out exclusively in accordance with the legal requirements for the protection and security of personal data.

6. Links to external websites

When calling an external website, it is possible that the external website-provider obtains information from your browser, as to which website you came to the external provider´s website from. For these data the responsibility lies with the external provider. Cookies may also be used on linked sites, without us being able to refer hereto. We cannot influence this process. The visit to a linked website by you is carried out at your own risk.

7. Data protection rights of the relevant persons

Within the scope of the provisions under data protection law you are entitled to the following rights with the processing of personal data as a data subject:

● If personal data are processed you can according to Art. 15 GDPR receive information about the data stored in relation to your person.

● In the event that incorrect personal data are processed, you can according to Art. 16 GDPR request the rectification of incorrect data.

● When the legal requirements are met, you can request the deletion or limitation to the processing as well as file objections against the processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR).

● If a consent is available from you to the data processing or a contract exists for the data processing and the data processing is carried out by using automatic processes, you are -if applicable- entitled to the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

● In the event that you have consented to the processing by a declaration you can revoke your once granted consent at any time towards us effective for the future. The lawfulness of the processing of data carried out until the revocation owing to the consent will not be affected by this.

Right to object: In the event that we process personal data in order to protect legitimate interests (Art. 6 para 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR) or in the public interest (Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. e GDPR), you have the right, pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, to object to the processing of personal data, on grounds relating to your particular situation, or if you object to the processing for the purposes of direct marketing. Your objection may be submitted informally to us at any time.

You further have possibilities to file a complaint with the supervisory authority that is responsible for us. We finally allow ourselves to point out that the aforementioned rights are, if applicable, linked to statutory prerequisites the existence of which we will consider to be necessary.

8. Storage period for data

The period of time for which data is stored depends on the purpose of the processing of the respective data. The personal data of the person concerned will be deleted as soon as the purpose of its processing and storage does not longer apply (e.g. after the processing of your request through the request form has been completed). In case of the collection of data for the provision of this website to your terminal device, this is constantly the case if the data is no longer necessary at the end of the visit to our website. After conclusion of a contract there may be a necessity to store personal data in order to fulfil contractual or statutory obligations. 2. Erhebung von Daten beim Besuch der Website

Die Erfassung der vorgenannten Daten zur Bereitstellung der Website ist für den Betrieb der Website bei der Auslieferung auf Ihr System erforderlich. ● Wenn eine Einwilligung von Ihnen in die Datenverarbeitung vorliegt, oder ein Vertrag zur Datenverarbeitung besteht und die Datenverarbeitung mit Hilfe automatisierter Verfahren durchgeführt wird, steht Ihnen gegebenenfalls ein Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit zu (Art. 20 DS-GVO).

● Für den Fall, dass Sie in die Verarbeitung durch eine Erklärung eingewilligt haben, können Sie Ihre einmal erteilte Einwilligung jederzeit gegenüber uns für die Zukunft widerrufen. Die Rechtmäßigkeit der aufgrund der Einwilligung bis zum Widerruf erfolgten Verarbeitung der Daten wird durch diesen nicht berührt.

Widerspruchsrecht: Für den Fall, dass wir personenbezogene Daten zur Wahrung berechtigter Interessen (Art 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DS-GVO) verarbeiten oder die Verarbeitung im öffentlichen Interesse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. e DS-GVO) erfolgt, haben Sie das Recht nach Art. 21 DS-GVO, aus Gründen die sich aus Ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, gegen die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten Widerspruch zu erheben, oder der Verarbeitung zu Zwecken der Direktwerbung zu widersprechen. 8. Dauer der Speicherung personenbezogener Daten

Die Dauer der Speicherung der Daten richtet sich nach dem Zweck der Verarbeitung der jeweiligen Daten. Die personenbezogenen Daten der betroffenen Person werden gelöscht, sobald der Zweck der Verarbeitung und Speicherung entfällt (z.B. nach Erledigung der von Ihnen gestellten Anfrage über das Formular).
